Review on Amazfit GTR 2 Smartwatch with Alexa, GPS, and 90 Sports Modes - 14-Day Battery Life, Heart Rate Tracking, and Waterproof for Men and Women (Classic) by Dang Linh Ngan ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The goods are normal, money is not wasted!

I bought the watch as a gift for DR. I didn’t bother with the choice as usual when buying gadgets. For every day at work there is a good Swiss quartz watch. I bought smart watches for playing sports, and for weekends and vacations, when I am not in formal clothes without a suit, the main criterion for choosing was appearance. Well, I didn’t want to spend big money on watches for the weekend either. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase, 4 stars for the manufacturer's flaws, which can be completely fixed with firmware, I think. Although there is little hope

Pros
  • Lightweight, comfortable, good functionality for sports, good design, look great on a man's hand. I especially appreciated the ability to control music from them, because. in the gym, the phone lies somewhere, but the tracks are not visible on the headphones, but here you scroll through and the tracks are visible. Good autonomy, but there is a big BUT . see disadvantages .
Cons
  • 1. The most important thing that I didn’t like was the inability to charge on wireless charging. IMHO, in 2022, releasing top-end watches (this is how the manufacturer positions them) without the wireless charging function is not good. I only found out about this when I bought them, and was upset. 2. When you turn on music on the watch, the music from the watch turns on by default and this cannot be reconfigured, you have to manually change the audio source to the phone. 3. You cannot make calls from the watch, only receive calls. A trifle, but when you have headphones with a headset function in your ears, it would be convenient to dial a subscriber from the clock, and speak on the headset. I’ll also write here that when you answer from the clock, and the headphones are in your ears, the conversation goes on the clock and in order to switch to the headphones, you need to get the phone and switch the conversation to the headphones. As a result, there is a conversation function, but in fact it is not) I do not use it, because it is terribly implemented.
