Cracks in cool weather

These cracks in cool weather (40 to 50°) become stiff and break instead of bending. I think it's no good unless you're only going to use it in hot weather. Mine fell on the floor and shattered (the screen was damaged) and the other cracked when opened (probably because I put my phone inside when it was cold).
