Soft cheap steel - cracked head on my row of heads and by the end of the first day - nothing crazy - edge was lost and deformed - no good hammer - not quality steel . Every day I had to clean the deformed edge with a grinder. The brick hammers I've used in the past do get a bit dull over time, but after a while, not after a day of cracking a few headlines here and there. looks cool, but it's actually crap. Forged for strength my ass. This is not a brick hammer. This is a brick hammer shaped cracker jack prize.
