After only using the Anker HomeVac Duo a couple of times with light use of kitchen and dining room floors, I noticed that the LED light started to work intermittently. Shortly thereafter, the entire suction head stopped working, including the rotating brush. I've followed all recommended troubleshooting steps but to no avail. I contacted Anker support thinking they would be helpful in replacing the faulty parts as I saw other reviews describing similar issues. Unfortunately, after many email exchanges, Anker's support basically said there was nothing they could do and I had to work with a third party to keep the manufacturer's warranty. Any company unwilling to honor their own manufacturer's warranty, including what seems to be a common defect, I would not recommend to anyone. Keep in mind that not everyone has an anchor support track record.
