Review on πŸ’§ Culligan FM 100 C Faucet Filter Indicator: The Ultimate Solution for Filtered Water on Tap by Richard Turner

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A trip to the hardware store was necessary. Simple Enough

Addendum: After 6 months the tongue does not go back when the water is turned off and the chrome coating is peeling off at the top. Seems like a waste of time, especially with such expensive replacement filters. It's better to actually get the system under the sink. I have a faucet with a "decorative" aerator, so neither the block nor the adapter will fit. I bought a metal adapter and was able to install it today. Installation was easy but it feels a little cumbersome, but maybe that's because it's new to me. The light flashes intermittently as it should. The thread is a bit slow but I guess that's to be expected. Even at full power there are no leaks and the tab returns to the non-filtering position as indicated. So far so good, but I haven't used it long enough to say if it stays that way. If anything changes I will update this review.

Pros
  • Compact horizontal design with chrome finish to save space. Also available in white fm-100-w. Easy cartridge change
Cons
  • threadbare
