Review on Meross Dimmable Multicolor 2700K 6500K Equivalent by Rick Kreutzer

I bought a set of 2 Meross smart bulbs for 2 lamps in my house. The setup was confusing and I got countless "errors" before pausing and continuing. While the Alexa integration is fairly easy to set up, it fails 6 times out of 10. I often find myself opening the Meross app on my phone to adjust the lights because the Alexa integration isn't ideal for me. Automatically turning lights on/off etc via Alexa has already had the lights crashing at least twice, forcing me to reset them when I get home. I've reset my router, restarted my phone, reset the app, all a few times without much success. . Last night both of my lights decided to stop working after one just stopped responding. I turned the phone off/on and restarted before 1 light came on. The other light doesn't budge and refuses to connect after multiple reset attempts. I will ask the manufacturer for help. But every time I tried to impress guests with Meross Smart Lights, they failed. I would NOT recommend them to my friends. Carefully. Update: now 1/5 stars. I contacted the manufacturer after one of the bulbs failed after a few weeks of use. After some time, I received a replacement two weeks later. After a few weeks, another lightbulb freezes and needs to be reset. One of the main reasons I bought it is the ability to manage it remotely. That's not easy either. Bad experience.
