Bought to heat my well insulated shop. The installation is quite easy. The heater was very noisy, but I was able to stop most of the noise by adding spacers between the bracket and the case. Worse still, the heater rarely worked at full power. Sometimes it started at 7500 watts and then dropped to 5000 well before the store got hot. There seemed no way to fix it at a higher potency. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Also, it often stopped and then started again. I tried calling the customer service listed in the literature and spoke to a nice woman who knew less about heating than I did. When I asked to speak to someone who knew about this she said I needed to email. I sent an email to which I never received a reply. She suggested I send it back to Menard's where I bought it and get a replacement. I wanted to know how the heating should work. I sent it back to Menards for a refund as a replacement might do the same. I bought a Qmark heater for double the price but at least it's much better built and I've had good experiences with it. QMark works fine.
