I like how easy it was to create surveys, set up questions for each survey so my customers could answer them quickly! The email reminders were helpful as well since they would prompt me when one of our clients opened an account with us after being surveyed by another client (which happens often). It's also super accurate in showing you which areas need more work or improvement compared to other companies out there. Sometimes we don't realize this until someone has started using their service - but once its realized then changes can be made right away if needed without waiting months sometimes before getting results back from research firms about your services/company performance. Being able to send automated emails every month asking what users think makes things easier now instead having people respond via snail mail.
