I didn't want my wholesaler to send it to me because of the shipping costs. This is the same NDS adapter I've used for years, not an imitation. Tip: When working with corrugated gutters and fittings, it is best to use the small set screws in the fitting/adapter to hold the tubing in place while it is being installed for evaluation. This also applies to the "smooth-walledโ drain pipe. It is not uncommon for fittings/adapters to come loose when materials are poured in due to their design. The screws prevent this and do not affect strength or flow. A standard 1" drywall screw will simply rust over time once the system is firmly anchored to the ground.
