I like that you can have as many options in your mind before hiring someone, so you know exactly what to expect from them. There are some things we needed help with (such as setting up our website) but they did not take long for it all to be done properly. They also had good ideas for other areas we were looking at. It really does depend on how much assistance you need, or whether one person will suffice depending on what needs doing! Make sure you check references thoroughly - there was no way we knew who these people were until after signing contracts. We got very helpful advice over the phone during this process but I felt like I could trust anyone enough by then to go ahead without any more evidence.
