Review on Liquitex Basics Acrylic 4 Pack Titanium by Hannah Curi

I have used Liquitex products in the past with good results so I bought them with confidence that they would be just as good. Unfortunately, either the quality of Liquitex has dropped by a notch or two, or I've encountered an inferior batch. Two of the tubes that came with it (burnt sienna and raw umber) were almost completely dry (just a thick, totally unusable clumpy paste), and a couple of the others (orange and cadmium yellow) were clearly going in the same direction - not clumpy, but definitely not creamy in texture what they should be. So out of the box of 12 I have 8 that I could use. (If there is a Liquitex rep following these reviews, I would like to say that customer service goes a long way in getting good reviews, and free replacements for your broken paints might earn you another star or two.) These tubes I could use. we're fine. Not the super high quality color you'd expect from expensive brands, but very useful for the price - the texture is creamy and the right consistency to spread well without being too runny. These are ideal colors for college students or for those who love arts and crafts.
