Three stars without enthusiasm. I already have a similar trolley that I use as a consumable in my art studio. Like my previous cart, this one assembles without tools. However, this one is more fragile and frustrating to build. The baskets don't connect well to the frame supports and tend to pop out, causing the entire cart to collapse. Even after assembly, the baskets popped out of the frame when I tried to roll it across the floor. The wheels are made of lightweight plastic, two of which are fixed. They seem to roll well on hard floors but not so well on carpets. You'll need to stabilize the cart a bit as it's tall, narrow, and flimsy. He moves a little. It turns out five shelves / five baskets. It's 40 inches tall, which is still pretty small. A basket was badly deformed (see photo). I have a feeling it happened before shipping. The package includes four tiny plastic hooks that can be hung on the frame to hang tools or whatever. Again very thin and weak. My last cart had large metal hooks that were strong. You can see everything I have attached to it in my photo. I think for $40 this product should be better. PS It's not 18 inches wide. The basket is 16 wide and the frame barely reaches 17.
