I usually wear a size 7 so I went with a size 38 first (because most reviews say the size is bigger). Size 38 was too big, felt like my toes were falling out of my little pockets. I returned it and received a size 37 and they are perfect! These shoes are so cool, but they definitely take some getting used to. I actually got them hoping they would be good for my joints and toes as they love to be all squeezed. They are definitely difficult to put on, but I love walking in them! I feel like my form is better and my stamina is better.
