Review on 🍞 USA Pan Classic Bakeware 1-Pound Loaf Pan, Aluminized Steel, 1 Pound by Andy Sayloon

Favorite baking pans, very durable pans

I bought two bread pans with handles and I really like them. The bread is easy to remove and the pans are easy to clean with soap and water and no scrubbing (which also preserves the finish). The metal seems strong and very hard so they should last a long time. (They're not as heavy as cast iron - they're heavy in a good way.) Advice for new bakers: With all my metal pans, grids, etc., I've found that if I wash them shortly after, they don't rust. Remove the baked goods (once they have cooled as all pans, pans etc can warp with water/temperature changes if they are too hot) then set them on edge to allow excess water to drain off edges (if you dry them), then towel dry them quickly and pop them straight into the still-warm oven to finish drying. It was impossible to dry under the scalloped edges of many of my pots, so this helped dry them completely so they all looked new. I also don't wash pots in the dishwasher. I bake a lot and want my investment to last a lifetime. I hope to buy more from this company.
