I'm so glad I bought this! Very easy to use, although I have to admit it took me a few sips before I worked up the courage and even then I had trouble bringing myself to do it. It's certainly not painless, and it's a little difficult to press down on the sides to finally make it click, but it definitely works if you get over the fear. I had a nose ring for about a month and used H20 saline spray every day for the first two weeks to clean it and occasionally tea tree oil which is amazing if your piercing is irritated. I had no problems at all, I didn't get infected and I had no problems getting it out. Holds up well. I saved a lot of money instead of going to a piercing shop. would recommend.
