These are my second wireless earbuds. The first didn't have an earhook, and while the noise-cancellation and sound were good, they kept falling out. After four months, one of the headphones stopped working. I decided to order the ones that had an ear hook. I settled on Lecover Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.1 after doing some research and reading reviews. Big disappointment. At first, only one of the headphones works. Second, the controls are confusing and there aren't any good videos on YouTube on how to use the product. Third, for some odd reason, the ear pads have a sharp angle that doesn't allow them to go deep into the ear canal. As a result, the audio isn't easy to hear, and the noise-cancellation isn't very good. I thought the sharp corner might just be for them to fit the case and there was a way to straighten them out, but no. Fourth, when we talk about the body, it's not very good. For some reason they chose to design it in such a way that it's hard to understand where the case opens and the light showing the charge level isn't always on.
