Review on ☕️ Kalita Wave 155 Glass Dripper for 1-2 Person Brewing | Japanese Import by Kalita (Carita) by Melissa Perez

I've been using the Melita coffee brew cone for a long time. I came across Kalita while looking for a pourover. Since I always prepare about 240g of coffee (I use my Serafino 12oz insulated coffee mug every day), I decided on the 155 model. . Steel looks very cool but I prefer glass or ceramic given the choice. I have no problems with wave 155. I rinse the filter before adding ground coffee (white or brown). The filter is perfectly in place. I have no overflow problems. My standard recipe is 1:16 (15g coffee / 240g water). The coffee is perfectly hot and the Kalita glass even retains the heat very well during pouring. Compared to Melita, I have to say that my coffee has become much softer and tastier. I take turns using the V60, which also gives me a very tasty cup of coffee. Yes, 155 is tiny, but definitely enough for that 1 cup of coffee. It's also charming and cute. The Kalita 0.7 l teapot goes well with this.
