Love. So easy to use!

I'm an avid coffee drinker, but I rarely brew coffee and I haven't even had a coffee pot at home for a number of years. However, due to the quarantine, I couldn't get my medication from the local store whenever I wanted, so I asked my coffee lover friend what a good poor man I should buy without the hassle of learning something complicated. Definitely the right call. It's easy to use and will support any coffee lover, from the occasional "just dilute with a filter" to the obsessive "weigh to…

The Kalita 155 makes the *best* one-cup pour.

We have different types of coffee machines (plastic, ceramic, paper filter and metal filter) and various other coffee machines (French, espresso, percolation). ideal due to the ratio between filter area and drip rate). This is combined with the gooseneck, temperature gauge and kettle and you never have to buy more. Coffee. Again. Is always. (Unless you're travelling, stuck in time, or there's a power outage. Well, you get the picture.) My husband knows he can buy his favorite whole bean coffee…

Small but useful for coffee, tea and espresso

Like others I was surprised at how small this item is, but one day I learned how to use it. (how much coffee to use, how much water to pour, how fast, etc.) it makes a great cup of coffee and is the perfect cup size. I'm the only person in my family who drinks coffee so I don't need a larger size. I have the glass version, it doesn't dissipate heat like stainless steel and is easier to keep clean without staining than ceramic. Fill in the coffee grounds, rinse and dry - ready for the next cup…

Makes a great cup of coffee

I've been using the Melita coffee brew cone for a long time. I came across Kalita while looking for a pourover. Since I always prepare about 240g of coffee (I use my Serafino 12oz insulated coffee mug every day), I decided on the 155 model. . Steel looks very cool but I prefer glass or ceramic given the choice. I have no problems with wave 155. I rinse the filter before adding ground coffee (white or brown). The filter is perfectly in place. I have no overflow problems. My standard recipe is…
