I have purchased this face pad more than once. Usually, after about a month of use, the aluminum sticks fall out of the black plastic joints and we have to glue them back on. The last time I ordered this item, the aluminum bars came out of the box, already detached from the black plastic. And the lock/clip that opens to adjust the angle of the cradle and closes to hold the angle of the cradle has a little metal pin that falls out and we have to put the little metal pin in again and again many times (ie if we find) or try to find a replacement. I will not order this item again.
