3 months lifespan [3.]

Only 3 months lifespan before it starts to loosen and parts fall off. If you can put it back together it doesn't matter as once it starts to fail it won't be able to support any more weight. This is my second or third this year. I will now be calling my table rep to order the Custom Crafts face cradles. You get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Comfortable but weak.

At first I was impressed by the design. My first customer said it was comfortable. The next 5 customers said it was comfortable, but all 5 had their face braces falling off. The teeth on the locking mechanism feel hooked but aren't strong enough to hold. As he slips he makes a little loud click and completely spoils the mood. I took it off in the middle of the massage and reinstalled my old cradle and everything is fine. It wasn't a lot of money and I realized you get what you pay for. I do not

Therapist who will never choose it again

I have purchased this face pad more than once. Usually, after about a month of use, the aluminum sticks fall out of the black plastic joints and we have to glue them back on. The last time I ordered this item, the aluminum bars came out of the box, already detached from the black plastic. And the lock/clip that opens to adjust the angle of the cradle and closes to hold the angle of the cradle has a little metal pin that falls out and we have to put the little metal pin in again and again many…

Pros
  • Sturdy
Cons
  • Damaged
