Onix 400 GPS: Portable GPS Units

Bought this unit about a week ago and it's great. The device comes standard with a US basemap and you need to download the specific areas you want to navigate to. The 128MB micro SD is good for small cards, but if you really want to use it you can upgrade. The book shows that the 128MB chip can be expanded, but doesn't say exactly what. I called support and was told it can hold up to 2 gigabytes Micro SD (MAX). I bought a 2 gig memory card and copied files off the 128mb card. turned on the device with a 2 gigabyte card and was able to go to the main screen with no problems. downloaded a few maps and was able to transfer them to storage with no problem. The device is working properly. I haven't tried XM services yet, but will soon.
