Review on ANYCUBIC Integrated Structure Mainboard Removable by Eric Avina

After some gantry tweaks (I do this on all my printers anyway) and some profile tweaks, I love the Vyper! Getting consistently good prints involved going through the gantry and making sure that not only were the adjustable z stops set correctly so that x would rise and fall evenly, but also that the gantry's outer wheels were rotating as they were raised even pressure would be maintained. After taking the time, my prints met my standards and I've already got them up and running! This is quickly becoming my go-to printer for accurate prints! I love that tensioners are built into the belts, but it seems like you don't want to turn the tensioner screw too hard or it will try to push the plastic through a bit, but even so, it's a surprisingly solid construction that like a looks really good quality machine 💁‍♂️ I will definitely say that besides a bit of tweaking, it's important to drive the alignment trajectory (square or circle) to check the z-offset after you've done the alignment , it was too tight for me, I raised it to about 0.15 for good first layers, if you are new to 3D printing you need to know what a good quality first layer looks like to get the offset right, lots of info. there in that area though! And as for those unfamiliar with this, the owl test print is the file that comes on the card (may have to move it out of the folder with the computer), this is common with Thingiverse, and the STL is a little rough for from the indentations in the quills i went ahead and printed a smoothed out owl from thingiverse and also this moai head is a very simple print and the owl's quill tips barely start in the air so i'd say don't worry if you have yours Test owls are not so smooth looking around feathers! Overall, I am very happy that I chose this printer!
