Keurig sells defective products and does not honor its warranty** BUYER BEWARE**

BUYER ATTENTION! Keurig has the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever bought from. My new K-Supreme is 6 WEEKS, Revain's 2 week return window. another 30 minutes of my time wasted. After I told him several times that the car was on fire or I could smell it burning and it wouldn't start, he insisted I do his troubleshooting. After this waste of time I told him again that he wouldn't start and that he was broken - he was only 6 weeks old! He then blamed the weather I use - which is well filtered with no hard water - and then the coffee I use! Would you believe what he said that using any coffee other than Keurig coffee WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY - Other coffee WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY! Then he told me the best thing they could do would be to offer me a 20% loan on a new car if I buy one from them. .I told him they wouldn't replace him for nothing to write to the CEO of Keurig - he said go ahead! . Their customer service sucks, their products are faulty and their "guarantee" is useless****.
