It was only a few days. The battery came charged (unknown how long as there is no battery percentage display), it is not possible to charge the lithium battery in the flashlight, there is a separate chunky battery compartment with a US-C/US-B cable for charging. There is no fine adjustment of the lens, the light pattern/beam is fixed. Decently weighted. No hand strap. A simple spring/rubber on/off button on the opposite end of the lens. The battery end cap is easy to unscrew. Good for finding human and pet stains that are not visible to the naked eye. Also good for hunting night scorpions.
