Review on Volcano Shadow Special Edition Microsoft Wireless Controller for Xbox One (Discontinued) by Maurice Cunha

I bought this controller because my favorite color is bright orange and it's perfect! The ONLY issue I have is some plastic has broken off inside and you can hear it rattling. It doesn't affect anything unless it hits a trigger or button. I just have to shake it out of the way, which can be an issue depending on where you are in the game. I have previously tried to fix this issue and was told they couldn't/won't take care of it. So much for customer service when it comes to these controllers, which aren't the cheapest. Other than that I haven't had any issues with it, unlike other controllers we've had before.
