Volcano Shadow Special Edition Microsoft Wireless Controller for Xbox One (Discontinued) Review

I bought this for my boyfriend as a Christmas present and he loves it. I have an ocean and he has this. The color is awesome and fun to use over regular black. I love the two colors and they go so well together. Playing any game is as easy as playing a regular game. So if you are looking for a fun colored controller, this is the one for you!

After my relatively new controller started having issues after being dropped, I reluctantly had to pay for a replacement. I saw this controller and fell in love with its cool color scheme. I ordered a NEW knob, I checked if it was pressed correctly! The controller was NOT NEW, it was refurbished and even that wasn't done right. The controller had a terrible drift and didn't vibrate at all! I bought this for my fiancee, got the blue version for my sister and hers was brand new. Why wasn't this red version?! I am totally disappointed and feel very cheated by the seller! I couldn't even get a replacement, I had to send it back. What the seller did is a bad way of doing business!

I bought this controller because my favorite color is bright orange and it's perfect! The ONLY issue I have is some plastic has broken off inside and you can hear it rattling. It doesn't affect anything unless it hits a trigger or button. I just have to shake it out of the way, which can be an issue depending on where you are in the game.
