Ideal for pre-workout
This is a good drink for maintaining long-lasting hydration during the toughest workout at the gym. I'll try not to get into all the lying know-it-alls about electrolytes. But just in numbers, you actually get some potassium and magnesium, which Gatorade electrolyte solutions don't seem to account for in exchange for a ton of sodium. I'm not sure how this all contrasts physically, but I just noticed something. The taste leaves something to be desired (in the case of the cherry pomegranate) but is quite good and refreshing, despite some dregs at the end. While Propel has proven to be the best zero-calorie flavor, it's the clear winner when it comes to nutrition.
