Ideal for pre-workout

This is a good drink for maintaining long-lasting hydration during the toughest workout at the gym. I'll try not to get into all the lying know-it-alls about electrolytes. But just in numbers, you actually get some potassium and magnesium, which Gatorade electrolyte solutions don't seem to account for in exchange for a ton of sodium. I'm not sure how this all contrasts physically, but I just noticed something. The taste leaves something to be desired (in the case of the cherry pomegranate) but…

Pros
  • Pure hydration done right
Cons
  • unreliable

Sweeteners may be "natural " but they're still LOTS of them

The theory is to combine several different sweeteners to Achieving the best flavor profile is a great idea. In practice, this product overdoes A LOT of sweeteners to the point that I find it to be at least four times sweeter than it should be. To make it drinkable I had to mix it in half and add lemon juice to add a flavor other than the sickening sweetness. There are probably people who will love this taste, but it would be 10 times better if they just removed 75% of the sweetener. I really…

Pros
  • Clean ingredients, zero calories, zero sugar, plant-based colors and flavors
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Great Electrolyte Booster

I've transitioned from a couple of sodas a day plus Starbucks to our Keurig and glittery ice cream. Slowly I started refilling my water bottle from the fridge. However my problem is that with my epilepsy and other medical issues I have to be mindful as my body needs more vitamins, minerals and especially added electrolytes. Vitamins and changes in my well-being were not enough. During the day I often suddenly feel like pooping and have to make sure that I have food and the right drinks on hand.

Pros
  • Vegan, Gluten Free, Caffeine Free, Soy/Dairy Free, Keto Friendly, Paleo Friendly, Non-GMO
Cons
  • Very Expensive
