I use them on my Revision helmet. They compensate for a number of duplicate NODs. I used to have trouble balancing, but now everything is a little more comfortable, even with the extra weight. The bag is relatively durable but it's only been worn for about a month so I'll let you know if there are any issues. Some of the charges were covered with rust. It wasn't a big problem for me, but be aware. I removed some weights and replaced them with AAA batteries. There are small elastic straps to hold the load in place perfect for 2 AAA. I clipped the backpack around the helmet cover to secure it.
