All in all this is a great inflatable SUP but it definitely doesn't look like a real one. It says it can hold up to 350 pounds. My fiance is about 260 and 6ft 2in (muscular build). He couldn't stand on it because there was no support for him. When he stood up, the middle of the paddleboard lowered and the tip of the front part came out of the water. If that happened and there were waves, it would blow his mind. I weigh 170 and my height is 5'7. I could stand on the board and paddle, but the stability wasn't very good either. We will not return them because we will buy places to kayak. We were able to sit on them and cruise around the lake which we also really enjoyed.
