Avoid this vendor, not the product.

I have used Sensationail nail pads for many years and love them. I think this is a fantastic product. I started doing gel polish manicures once a week in 2012. When I discovered this product, it was a real stroke of luck. They adhere firmly to the nail bed without the need for the dehydrator that comes with many gel nail polish kits and create a beautifully smooth base to apply. After overcoming the learning curve on how to use them (always choose a slightly smaller decal than you think you need), I found my nails were longer and stronger than ever. Removing the manicure was as easy and painless as a long soak in hot water. Since then I use this product every 1-2 weeks with every manicure. REASON FOR MY DISAPPOINTMENT: The box arrived crushed. No big deal, it's just packaging. Go on. That evening I painted my nails with the first set. A full set of hand painted gel nail polishes takes over an hour but is worth it as it lasts and looks beautiful for up to 2 weeks. I woke up the next morning after hard work **lay in bed all night** to find I had lost 3 nails in my sleep. This was not due to application errors. At noon, less than 24 hours after application, each nail fell off on its own. OK. Maybe that sheet of stickers was fake. That night I used a new sheet. The next morning the same. Day 3. Repeat. SAME RESULTS with new sheet. 4 days, 4 different sticker sheets and about 6 hours of time spent applying the same nail design over and over again and not a single sticker stuck to my nail for more than 24 hours. To be honest I don't know if the package I received was fake or if it was just misstored. The crumpled packaging suggests the latter. Anyway, this was the first time I bought this product online. I have issued a refund. Will be updated.
