Hard to measure shoes online. I think they can actually work on the larger side, I could be wrong. For my granddaughter's birthday. Easy to put on and take off. Velcro under temple for a small size. Of course she loves them. I'm not the type that likes to give a gift or two and of course give them what they want, but things with a little pizzazz. IF IF I bought them as a gift to go to someone else alone or with something else - I would really appreciate it. The packaging is very similar to buying a good/best pair of adult shoes. The box is strong and well designed, as a surprise gift for a gift. Each shoe is packed in a separate pouch to prevent abrasion and the box is lined with extra tissue paper. I will definitely make a note of them for the upcoming children's holidays. Very cute little shoes.
