The sleeves are too long!

I give 3 stars because the quality is good, but the size doesn't fit. My daughter is 7 years old but I bought her a small one based on other people's reviews. The shirt itself fits perfectly but the sleeves are too long. They are as long as my arm and I am 5 feet by 6 feet. I have to cut and hem the sleeves to fit my daughter and for $25 I don't feel like I should.
