These Fitbit Surge straps are better than the original OEM strap. However, the OEM strap and its replacement parts are victims of poor Fitbit product design. The OEM strap is torn apart by the four small screws that attach the strap to the watch. Fitbit insists the straps are not interchangeable, but these straps are a very good replacement. They come in different colors and you get 2 different color ribbons for the price of 1 which is a big plus. The bands are easy to install with the included Torx screwdriver and plastic tool. Be careful, locate and remove the small bluetooth antenna in the old group. The antenna is a small adhesive sticker that must be reused on new tapes. I hope this is the last, time will tell. At least Fitbit Surge owners have the option to swap out the straps themselves, although Fitbit says it's not possible.
