Review on πŸ“€ Sony DVP-FX750 7-Inch Portable DVD Player, Black (2010 Model): Compact Entertainment On-the-Go! by Richard Surveh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everyone's Friendly Portable Audio Video

We didn't buy this FX750 for our kids. We share films with old people and hermits. This small FX750 turntable is reliable, easy to use, clear and loud. This is one of 6 portable DVD players we have purchased. The first (non-brand) was pretty cheap and junk. Next came the FX950, which is good except that the touch controls aren't for the elderly with shaky thumbs. The FX950 didn't come with a remote control, so adjusting the small square switch is extremely difficult for big fingers. We bought 2 more (other brands) for the price (not Sony). None were loud enough without headphones so we passed them on to younger folks as they are unreliable for a renter. A 2-hour charge is enough for home use, which is why the Sony FX750 is our player of choice, as a typical closed device has a handy plug-in and can control a remote. This is a good music player for one person. No! It's not surround sound and it's not super loud, but it's great for personal listening. Since this player is small, it proves very convenient for one person in a close environment. We're buying more of these Revain 7 inch Sony's to use as a tribute to our older and more introverted friends.
