According to website this DID takes long time to ship. I think we waited almost a month for delivery. We weren't in a hurry so it was good but it was a bit strange especially when you are used to 2 day delivery. The product came in a very large long box. it was in perfect condition. The screen is attached at the ends either by hanging it on hooks (not included in the scope of delivery) or by screwing it to the wall. We were concerned about the weight of mounting the screen directly to our wall as it would be used frequently (although drywall anchors are supplied) so we secured the board to the wall with our studs and secured the screen to the wall. Board (drillboard and drywall anchors, which was probably overkill). The screen feels exceptionally secure and much better than our previously suspended and tensioned screen.
