I think I may have just bought into the hype, but here's the thing. I bought this product for a Corvette 17 Arctic White. I watched a few videos of chemists demonstrating this product and decided to give it a try. As a chemist, one would think that this product is the best product of the line as the prices are a bit high and the local availability is pretty poor. Before applying I did a regular hand wash and then used a clay block with clay lubricant. I washed the car again and started giving white light. After applying the first coat I waited 15 minutes and wiped it off. After that I waited another 30 before applying the 2nd layer. Same removal procedure. Then I applied the wax, put it on the car, waited a few minutes and wiped it off. I did this twice in total, so 2 coats of white light 2 coats of wax. It's pollen season here in the south, so car washes are frequent these days, 2 times a week, sometimes 3 times. In the first week I finished my second wash and to my surprise there were no waterdrops in my car at all. It really looked awful. I don't know if things have changed or what but what a waste of money. I have other waxes that take weeks or even months to roll off before needing to be reapplied. After 2 washes it stopped.
