One cat hates, another loves.
Love the way it looks in my space and it's very easy to clean. One of my cats uses it very much and very well. function and has progressed to the point where it can lift the door off its hinges into the stretcher. I wish the door hinge was stronger so my cat can't rip it off. It takes a second to teach your cat how to get out. The cat using it on the lockable door, for example, meows for 5 minutes before confirming that it's going upstairs.
