I bought this lens for party photography. It was an indoor Christmas party, and that was at night too. The lighting in the room wasn't that good and I didn't have anything to deflect the flash. A quick search on Amazon led me to them, and for the price and simplicity, this purchase was a hit. They saved me hours of editing to salvage noisy photos. There is a photo of me holding a smaller diffuser connected to my camera to show how big it is. I'm 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh about 125 pounds. The last two photos are photos I took at the party. One next to a tree was indoors, and the last photo was taken outside after the sun had already set. I am very happy. with my purchase.
