Because I wanted to have more order in the kitchen, I decided to buy a vacuum sealer. I chose this one because it has a scale on the side. The device arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. I would recommend this to everyone. Great price and it looks great on the counter. Note: When preparing the roast for my first use, I didn't realize that some of the seasoning was in the vacuum and seal zone. After wiping it down very quickly and putting the bag back in place, it worked like a champ. The moral is: keep the end clean inside and out before sealing.
