In August 2020 I ordered 3 of these devices for my child restraint systems. One stopped working after a few days. After numerous tires, photos and emails, the manufacturer finally sent me a replacement. It went like this for a few months. The problem with the replacement was not worth the trouble. They work great when they work. Two of them are still running a year later.
