I like how easy it was to set up my first account, which had never done this type of marketing before! The customer service team has been amazing as well - they helped me get started with everything from getting templates for ads through social media posts all the way back when we were just setting things up until our launch day last week (which went off without any issues). They also did some training sessions in-house so everyone knows what's going into each campaign once launched. There are definitely more features coming soon but these have already made such big impacts since launching. We're able to reach out directly now via email or chat instead of having to rely solely upon Facebook messages/comments being seen by potential customers who may not be interested at least yet.
