Updated on 04/11/19 5 days after the return option expired the microphone stopped working. I asked my tech department to verify that it wasn't my softphone software and found it was a headset. Very disappointed. He was basically working 27 shifts! Not the quality I've experienced from previous Plantronics headsets. Now I'm back to a cheap one that hurts my ears but never lets me down at work :/ I work from home as a voice agent so I'm on the phone at least 8 hours a day. The headset is great! The sound quality is amazing. It's very light and I like that it's double sided. No one should be forced to only have a disposable headset. Sometimes you just have to switch :) Very economical.
