    Used a year ago. There are no problems, the sound quality is excellent. Requires some software on a Mac, but other than that it's great.

    Great sound but poor materials/manufacturing

    Bought for online meetings. the sound is excellent. after about a month the pillow had to be on the head and the plastic fell off. Now I'm trying super glue, but really?

    Plantronics has never let me down.

    I have been using Plantronics headsets for a few decades. You have never let me down. I took this one because I only hear in one ear and don't need an extra side. Connected to my Roku remote once and quietly watched TV.

    Arrived earlier than expected

    The item said it wasn't due for a week or so but the seller managed to get it to me in a few days so it worked great . I have to work from home due to this COVID-19 lockdown and needed to be able to video call and share my screen in order to work. The headset works very well and is of good quality.

    Why so quiet? on computers and accessories

    Tried to use with phone and laptop. Neither of them were able to get this headset to a level that could be heard through my window air conditioner. I lost my USB so I couldn't get it back. I gave 2 stars because the headset was comfortable and well made.

    Great headset - computer headsets

    I use these for work at home I like the length of the cord. Allows enough freedom of movement. The sound quality is crisp and clear. I've had compliments on the quality. I love controls. Easy to use. Big enough to see the buttons and what they mean, unlike most thin headset panels. The large light to turn on and off is a plus. The fit is easily adjustable and very comfortable.

    Updated on 04/11/19 5 days after the return option expired the microphone stopped working. I asked my tech department to verify that it wasn't my softphone software and found it was a headset. Very disappointed. He was basically working 27 shifts! Not the quality I've experienced from previous Plantronics headsets. Now I'm back to a cheap one that hurts my ears but never lets me down at work :/ I work from home as a voice agent so I'm on the phone at least 8 hours a day. The headset is great…

    Garbage from macOS.

    This item is unboxed and is packaged in an unlined Plantronics plastic bag. They think it's as cheap as it seems to be built. Weak, easy to break, rubbish. My MacBook Pro with Catalina recognized it, didn't need to install any drivers. It appeared with its name and model in the "Sounds" settings. I compared the output and input quality to my mid-range ($50) Logitech webcam. The webcam is much, much better. I called two people, did a blind test, swapped the audio input on my end between this…
