I've had this mop for 2 weeks now and have used it 3 times mopping floors. It's a cool design, but the mop needs to be thicker metal. The force required to push the pump as it rotates has caused the wiper to come loose, causing the linkage to wobble as you wipe. I don't think it will last, although I made sure to be gentle with him. Also, you should find a central raised area under the water when you push down or the mop rotates in an elliptical orbit, which puts a lot of stress on the joint. Even if you find it the second time you try to dip the mop, it loses connection with the central raised area and you have to use the probing method to find the raised spot where you need to connect the mop and it doesn't the case is that simple. If the raised part was easier to connect and the grip strength was better I would give this product all stars because not having to touch dirty water is really great.
