Works perfectly! suitable for mandolins and planes
Works very well thanks to the sharp blades. No thin wires like everyone else. It was exactly what I was looking for. I've used it for mushrooms as well as eggs and olives. I'm sure it will work with strawberries too. Some people complain about the blade cleaning. I use a bottle brush and it cleans the blades great. I highly recommend this product.
