Review on SOLOCOTE Kids Waterproof Rubber Rain Jacket with Hood - Lined & Windproof for Boys/Girls by Johnny Chambers

I loved this item when it arrived. It appeared to be a well-made and cute article. The chemical factory smell was too strong so I wanted to wash it before dressing my son. Washed in warm water, do not tumble dry as per label. Unfortunately, a wash ruined the outer material before it was even used. The outer fabric deformed more than 80% of the jacket. Maybe that wouldn't be a problem if I used cold water, I'm not sure. It can still be used as a jacket, but the material no longer drips onto the water and looks torn. Not sure how it will hold up in the rain, it can still keep the interior dry but I wouldn't trust it for shorter rain use. (only done one cup water test so far)
