Review on Lippert Components 432687 Triple Width by Greg Cunningham

They are not designed to simply bolt to a 1987 30 foot 5 wheel RV but I am an engineer. I don't worry about such little things. The old rusty running boards of this mobile home gave me no choice when buying it. They were so bad that my wife couldn't push them or pull them back, but that was fine because she still didn't trust how they moved when she stepped on them. to see how long it takes them to feel at home. I made new brackets and lengthened the support base a few inches, painted, welded, painted, leveled, bolted etc etc etc until I thought they looked acceptable. My wife loves them! She can control them with one foot and says they are very strong. A good product! Although I had to modify the pendant to fit them, I didn't do anything to the steps themselves. They work at least as well as I hoped when I bought them. I gave that 5 stars for "easy to install" because it's not their fault I had to tweak the install. The way these steps are structured actually made it really easy!
