I didn't really like the installation guide but it was sufficient. I made the mistake of not attaching the antennas to the camera after installing the camera on the back of an RV trailer. So obviously it is not connected. A mistake that shouldn't have happened! As soon as I connected the antenna, it worked straight away. Fantastic color image during the day and clear black and white night vision. I asked a question and got an answer within a day, the support was good. The price is very reasonable for this quality device. I've been on the road for three days and use it day and night. I would recommend buying this product. We also find that it's much better than a similar one bought 5 years ago as the signal keeps dropping and you have to reconnect. I've never had this problem rain or shine.
