Review on Vitamix A3500 Brushed Stainless Blender by Shawn Jimenez

Hi I just got my Vitamix Ascent 3500 on 5 I am using the Ninja blender which I have had for 3 years. When I used my Vitamix to make a smoothie on July 15th (after 10 uses!), to my disappointment, the blender gave off a burning smell and an error code E3 2-2 appeared on the digital display. I parked the car immediately. Then I tried turning it back on, but the error code still came up and the Vitamix wouldn't start. A couple of hours later, Vitamix began to work again, but when I increased the speed, the noise became unusually loud, the icons on the display flashed, the machine began to move due to vibration on the tabletop, a burning smell appeared. this and the same error code appeared on the digital display. A few hours later I turned my Vitamix back on and it worked fine until I increased the speed to over 6. This time there was a burning smell, which is not normal and not harmless! The Vitamix Ascent 3500 blender is three times the price of my Ninja BL772 blender, which after 3 years of daily use (from frozen smoothie to almond butter) still works great. With all the reviews, I had high hopes for the effectiveness of Vitamix, but to be honest, I don't trust the product anymore. Instead of being an ally in the kitchen, he's become a threat and I don't want this to be my home. I'm sending it back to Revain where I bought it and requesting a full refund based on the safety issues Vitamix has raised in the last 30 days. This product did not convince me at all and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I have some photos and videos of a product malfunction.
